This 5-hour comprehensive communication course is designed to enhance the essential communication skills required for lactation consultants and other healthcare professionals involved in breastfeeding care. Grounded in the IBCLC Detailed Content Outline, the course emphasizes the importance of understanding clients' needs, active listening, and providing emotional support.
